1. Definitions
In these Terms, the following words shall have the following meanings: "Company" means [STRONGAIR HVAC LTD]. "Client" means the person or entity receiving the services. "Services" means the work to be provided by the Company.
2. Application of Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by the Company to the Client.
3. Services
The Company agrees to provide the services as outlined in the agreed quote.
Call Outs
Depending on the works required, all Call Outs for the Client carried out by the Company will be undertaken in normal working hours. The charge is £60.00 per hour NWH (minimum 4hr block call out charge) Plus £80.00 incidental charge - which covers Congestion Charges, Parking Charges, Etc. NB: over 4 hrs will run into a new 4 hr block. These costs are subject to VAT as noted on the invoice.
Urgent or OOH Calls Outs are negotiated on a job-by-job basis and agreed between the parties before any works are undertaken.
Quotes
The Company will provide the Client with a quoted price, in writing, for all works to be undertaken. The quoted price is valid for a period of 30 days and will include incidentals at the daily rate. VAT will be added at the current rate noted on the quotation. All quotations are subject to site survey and final confirmation. Acceptance of the quotation confirms agreement to these terms and conditions and any additional notes applied to each written quote. Any additional works, including unforeseen site conditions, restricted access, or client-requested changes, may be subject to additional charges.
4. Payment
The Client agrees to pay the Company the fees as specified in the invoice. Payment terms: [e.g. "Payment due within 30 days of invoice date"] Strongair HVAC Ltd reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. All equipment supplied remains the property of Strongair HVAC Ltd until full payment is received.
5. Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the Client's use of the services, except as required by law. Liability is limited to the total value of the contract. We accept no liability for indirect or consequential loss. Systems must be maintained in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. Failure to do so may affect warranty validity.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all information obtained during the course of the contracted business dealings secure and private.
7. Notices
All documents for Services, Quotes, and Invoices are sent via email only. Strongair HVAC Ltd shall not be liable for delays cause by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to supply chain delays, adverse weather or access restrictions
8. Warranties
Manufacturer warranties apply to all equipment supplied. Installation workmanship is covered for 12 months from completion, subject to correct use and maintenance and applies only to the equipment installed under a written quotation.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
